This building was a former office of Cresford Development. In 2019, we did another flagship building for RE/MAX Hallmark for their midtown real estate branch. Previously this building was used as a sale centre for luxury condos. We got the contract from our client to do a complete build-out based on their new use and program. This project contained a large scope with a tight schedule and budget. As part of our build-out, we made 26 offices, 4 client rooms, 2 staff lounges, 1 large luxury client lounge, elevator to maintain the accessibility for 3 floors, and dedicated washrooms for ladies and men in each floor. In this project we provided interior design services which include furniture procurement, wallpaper selection, and colour moodboard. We had a substantial amount of millwork in this project and because of the important role of millwork, we held a frequent meetings to ensure inclusion of necessary details and coordination of delivery and installation on site. Our role in this project was to deliver and design the complete process within a compressed timeframe.
