This was a brand new building which we were the first tenant mobilizing for construction. We offered them a variety of services like design, obtaining permits, and construction. This project consists of more than 65 real estate offices, 5 board rooms, server room, staff lounge, 2 copy centres, and executive rooms. More than 200 people are working in this building. We had a very custom and client-friendly reception design and high-end millwork. We were able to complete this project in 5 months. This project was a great example of the Builtron group’s ability to improvise and organize around project implements.
