We collaborated with the revival film studio as the owner of the building to create a new working station due to their plans to expand their area and hire 130 new employees. We used lots of natural lights, renovated the skylights, changed the window coverings, provided the new IT system, and installed two new 30 tons AC for creating a friendly and pleasant place for habitants. This project consists of two phases which the first phase was to create the working stations and the second phase was to create the server room and the render farm. Besides, we coordinated with their team in LA to design and establish a rendering form. We did extensive works on electrical, AV, architectural, mechanical, advanced programming, and advanced video conference room. We were happy to complete the project to their exact specifications in 4 months. As a repeat client of ours, we always pleased to deliver their project in a timely fashion.
