This Project is located in Yonge and Dundas intersection, Atrium on Bay building. This was the fourth location that opened up for the Interchange Financial Corporation. Our scope was to do a complete fit-out including the storefront design and fabrication. This retail has three customer service kiosks with custom millwork, a secure wallet, and shock-resistant teller glass panels. In order to satisfy the Ontario Building Code requirements, we also had to install the staff washroom. Since we were working in the context of a shopping mall, we had to do extensive coordination with other neighbours to arrange for the drain and water services. Due to the new stylish fit-out, their customers have a different more pleasant experience of the currency exchange.
