This was the fifth branch that opened up for the Interchange Financial Corporation. We collaborated with Metrus Properties in this project. Our task was to design, obtain the permit, and build 1,000 square feet area of office space for an exchange office. This project is consists of three teller area, a secure wallet, a staff lounge, and an accessible washroom. We were able to complete this project in 3 months and deliver the project on time and budget.
