This was a Scoliosis & Neuro Centre clinic which their focus was on rehabilitation and physiotherapy. We worked with North York Chinese Baptist Church as the owner of the building to fulfill our client needs. This project consists of 3 consultation rooms, reception area, private gym, laundry, and staff kitchen.We had in mind that the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works should be hospital-grade in this project. We offered them a variety of services like design, obtaining permits, and construction. At the end, we were able to obtain specific permission from the neurological association for children’s safety use and got the client’s satisfaction.
