Bhole IP Law office is specialized in internet law, situated at the heart of Toronto waterfront. Its area is 1,800 Square Feet which comprised of seven offices, a staff lounge, a copy centre, and a client waiting area. In the beginning, it was only a shell and it took us three months to complete this modern and open plan project. We worked with HOK to fit out this law office. Besides, due to the lack of a freight elevator, it required a lot of coordination between all the sub-consultants and vendor deliveries. Despite all these obstacles, we had an effective scheduling tactic and we maintained to deliver the project on time, on schedule, and on budget.
